Holly from Decor8 started a flickr group, Interior Styling, for those who love styling, creating vignettes and taking photos with a stylist touch. You can be a pro or just starting out. Its a fun way to showcase your work and get ideas or critiques from fellow flickr members and from Holly herself. Holly also hosts monthly challenges. This month is to put 3, 5, or 7 of your favorite things on a tabletop, arranging them in a triangle style – highest in the middle and work your way down. Below is my attempt at the challenge. Beautiful Kirsten and Belinda! I’ve never really put much thought into the numbers or shape of my arrangements. It’s interesting to see what a difference arranging from tallest to shortest in a triangle shape can make.
I like that your arrangement has a bit of an “edge” to it with the antler and Belinda’s is soft and lovely. I think it is reflective of your personal styles which is nice to see. Hope you are having a great weekend! x
