Favorite…hands down..the art.
Least fav…hmm. This one is harder. The chairs. I don’t like the chairs.
I love the chairs, table and everything on it. The artwork seems a little misplaced.
I love the art, and the way it almost blends into the wall color. I don’t like the gold vase, it looks cheesy.
Love – the light fixture
No love for – the artwork, saying is nice but the typography is lack luster. Also the placement of the two canvases stacked is predictable. Would like the same phase all on one canvas with more creative typography and significantly more white space.
I do not enjoy the art; the saying is a bit annoying, and the typography is, as Miriam points out, dull.
I LOVE the gold (brass?) vase against the soft gray wall. Really striking.
Oh boy, so many favourite features, but here goes:
Fav – it’s a tie – art and the black chairs
Least Fav – if I had to choose something, I would say the light fixture, but I really like it!! But I guess I like it the least…haha.

Love the black chairs with ticking covers and loathe the brass vase. Ick!
Fave for me is the mix of old & new with the chairs and table – looks great together. Not sure I’m a fan of the art work with this room for some reason!

I love the art! I don’t like the flowers w the vase…the vase is great but w the flowers I feel like I’m seeing some cheap Made in China $ store set-up w gas station fake flowers? lol
Reading back in the comments lol-I too didn’t care for the chairs…but the flowers paired w the vase were more annoying to me lol…
I feel that not every older style thing can be brought back to life-the repainting of these chairs we grew up w is still not pretty to me imo.
Pretty! I love the grey walls and the old fashioned chairs in the modern setting.
My least fave is the odd chair out.
