I'm going to be decorating our new apt. soon and am pouring over design stuff. Difference between boring and exciting? The bones of the place. Lease- Windows, hands down. bOOOOOOring! The style of the room dictates a warmer updated treatment and window treatments could make it SO warm and cozy! I was tempted to say the wall art or modern table/chairs in the natural style of the room, but I kind of think the mix can work for an interesting feel. Fav- BONES! I love the great natural light it offers as well as the 'country' feel to it...but everything in me wants to cover it to keep night creepers away lol.
