Design in my mind…

Someone recently asked me, if money wasn’t an option, how would I decorate my living room?  I am not entirely sure because I am constantly changing my mind but for starters, here is an idea of what I might choose.

I am in love with this sofa from Montauk Sofa.  I am such a sucker for tufts!

Though this may be a bit small for the sofa, I found this coffee table from Made.com quite fun.

2 words, Madeline Weinrib.

This antler pendant is both modern and rustic.

This chair designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll would look great in a pair.

A perfectly well designed side table from Jonathan Adler.

These lovely porcelain table lamps designed by Gerald Thurston, would be paired with the Jonathan side tables.

I think that these cushions would add just the right amount of color and textile to the space.

Well there you have it.  The room that I have designed in my head.  Of course there would be massively huge windows, amazing art against white walls, possibly wallpaper somewhere and hardwood floors.  Maybe even a view of the ocean?  Sure, why not!!

  1. Absolutely love neutral furniture with pops of color via accessories {like those fab cushions}. That way you can switch it up when you’re feeling it! xxSAS
